Ashley Xie is a UI/UX designer and product thinker focused on how people make high-stakes decisions. She studied Human-Centered Design, Entrepreneurship, Classics, and Studio Art at Dartmouth College.
Most recently, she designed the Lennar Investor Marketplace — a product that gained 6,500+ users and drove $64M+ in new revenue within its first two months. She currently works at Locate Alpha, shaping proptech experiences for serious investors.
She brings a research-first mindset to every project, balancing sharp visual craft with a deep curiosity about user behavior. Outside of work, she dances bachata, draws figure models, and watches birds.
